Grace Moen Thrailkill, 96, passed away at 6:10 am on Sunday, October 25, 2009, at the Rehab and Care Center of Jackson County in Murphysboro.
No visitation is planned, a private graveside service will be held.
If you wish to extend a memorial in honor of Grace, please do so to the VNA Tip Hospice. Arrangements are in the care of Crawshaw Funeral Home.
